Who is responsible

This website is operated by Chad Enhite, an independent coaching practice. If you have a question about anything on this page, write to hello@chadenhite.com and it comes straight to me.

What this site collects

The site has no accounts, no logins, no shopping basket and no advertising or analytics tracking. Nothing is stored in your browser by this site. There are two ways information reaches me:

1. The contact form

If you submit the form on the contact page, I receive what you typed into it: your name, your email address, the focus option you picked, any date you added, and your message. If you email me directly instead, I receive whatever your email contains.

2. Ordinary server logs

Like almost every website, the hosting server records standard technical request data — including your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. This is generated automatically by the web server for security and reliability, not by any tracking code I have added.

Why I use it

• To reply to you. That is the only reason the contact form exists.
• To carry out coaching work, if we go on to agree an engagement.
• To keep the site running securely, in the case of server logs.

Your details are never sold, rented, traded or added to a marketing list. I do not send a newsletter. You will not be contacted again about something unrelated to your message.

Who else can see it

Two third parties are involved in delivering this site, and it is only fair that you know:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to my inbox. Your message passes through their service on the way to me.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces used here. Loading them means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which discloses your IP address to Google in the same way as visiting any site that uses their font service.

Beyond those, and my email provider, nobody else receives what you send. There are no advertising pixels, no social-media trackers, and no data brokers involved.

Session confidentiality

Coaching sessions are not recorded. Notes I write for you are sent to you and kept only for as long as we are working together, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. I do not use client situations as examples in marketing, anonymised or otherwise — which is why this website contains no case studies or testimonials.

How long anything is kept

• Enquiries that don't become work: deleted once the conversation has clearly ended, and in any case within about twelve months.
• Client correspondence and notes: kept while we're working together and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
• Server logs: retained for a short period by the hosting provider on their normal rotation, then overwritten.

Your choices

You can ask me to send you a copy of what I hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. Email hello@chadenhite.com and say which you want — no particular form of words is needed and there is no charge. If you are unhappy with how I've handled your information, you are entitled to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

This is a service for working adults. The site is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Links to other sites

If a page here ever links somewhere else, that site's own privacy practices apply once you leave. I have no control over what other operators do.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions; the current page is always the one that applies.
